Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients
1 cup halved strawberries
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
Assorted fruit pieces
Instructions
- In a blender process strawberries until smooth; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- In a separate bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add strawberry puree to cream cheese and mix until combined. Add whipped cream and stir until combined.
- Serve in bowls with desired fruit. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
