Raspberry Pie Filling

Ingredients

4½ cups raspberries
1¾ cups sugar a little more or less, depending on tartness of berries
3 tablespoons flour
2 shakes cinnamon
1 egg beaten


Instructions
  1. Gently fold all ingredients together until they are well combined.
  2. Bake at the suggested temperature of your favorite pie crust. Makes 1 pie.
