Raspberry Pie Filling
Ingredients
- 4½ cups raspberries
- 1¾ cups sugar a little more or less, depending on tartness of berries
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 shakes cinnamon
- 1 egg beaten
Instructions
- Gently fold all ingredients together until they are well combined.
- Bake at the suggested temperature of your favorite pie crust. Makes 1 pie.
