Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients
5 golden potatoes
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Salt
Ground black pepper
1 cup oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Boil whole potatoes 20 minutes. Remove from water and slice into wedges. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Dip wedges in the Parmesan mixture, covering potatoes well. Place on a cookie sheet drizzled with oil, then drizzle oil on wedges.
- Bake 15 minutes, then turn over and bake 15 minutes. Makes 5 or 6 servings.
