Instructions
In a small bowl combine avocado, lemon juice, and salt. Mash together and spread mixture evenly over two bread slices.
Drizzle tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers with the vinegar.
Layer lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, and peppers evenly over avocado-topped bread slices. Top each with another bread slice.
