Cherry Garcia Ice Cream

Ingredients
¼ cup pitted and halved fresh Bing cherries
¼ cup chopped stevia-sweetened dark chocolate bar
3 overripe frozen bananas, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Chill cherries and dark chocolate.
- In a food processor pulse remaining ingredients until mixture is the smooth, creamy consistency of soft-serve. Stir in cherries and chocolate.
- Serve immediately or place in a freezer-safe container and freeze until serving. Makes 4 servings.
