Showstopping New Homes

The Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines returned to Clive recently for their biggest annual event. Shadow Creek West, developed by Vista Real Estate, was the site of HomeShowExpo 2024 and showcased nine luxury homes built by nine of the area’s finest builders. Participants included: Brenner Built, DeMir Homes & Design, Embarq Signature Homes, Genesis Homes of Iowa, KRM Development, Nico Construction, Sage Homes, Showtime Homes and Unique Homes.

Those attending the show were able to view the latest in trends, products, technology, and see first-hand what is on the horizon for new homes, landscaping, and decorating. As always, the talented builders went above and beyond creating their spectacular homes, featuring wow-worthy features and jaw-dropping amenities.

Hopefully, you were able to make it out to the event so you could tour the homes and see all the innovative features and unique aspects, and maybe even talk to the builders directly about building a new home for yourself.
