Ingredients
⅓ pound prosciutto
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 handful almonds, pecans, or walnuts
½ cup pomegranate seeds
½ cup fig jam
½ pound sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
Crackers
Instructions
- On a charcuterie board or platter arrange prosciutto, apple slices, nuts, pomegranate seeds, fig jam, and cheddar cheese slices. Serve with crackers. Makes 6 servings.
