Banana Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

cups
fat-free or low-fat dairy milk
1
frozen banana
peeled and sliced
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
optional
¼
teaspoon
almond extract
optional
Cinnamon
for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a blender combine dairy milk, banana, and, if desired, vanilla and/or almond extract. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
Pour into two glasses and, if desired, garnish with sprinkle of cinnamon. Makes 2 servings. Recipe from MilkPEP.
