Banana Breakfast Shake

1½ cups fat-free or low-fat dairy milk
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
¼ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
Cinnamon, for garnish (optional)
- In a blender combine dairy milk, banana, and, if desired, vanilla and/or almond extract. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
- Pour into two glasses and, if desired, garnish with sprinkle of cinnamon. Makes 2 servings.
