Cold Palisade Peach Soup
Ingredients
- 5 Palisade Colorado peaches
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla
- ½ cup crushed ice
- ½ teaspoon spicy salt (I used Allspice’s Peruvian pepper salt)
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1½ cups juice or nectar I used apple, peach, mango juice from Old Orchard Mascarpone and berries for garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree on soup setting. Chill and serve. Makes 6 servings.
