Easy Lemon Blueberry Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1⅓ cups fresh blueberries
  • ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl combine butter, cake mix, eggs, blueberries, ⅓ cup white chocolate chips, and pecans.
  • Butter a 7- × 11-inch pan and spread mixture evenly. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Let cool, then melt remaining chips and drizzle over bars.
    • Tip: If melted white chocolate chips are too thick, add a little oil before drizzling.
