
Easy Lemon Blueberry Bars

Ingredients
1 stick butter, melted
1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1⅓ cups fresh blueberries
⅔ cup white chocolate chips
⅓ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl combine butter, cake mix, eggs, blueberries, ⅓ cup white chocolate chips, and pecans.
- Butter a 7- × 11-inch pan and spread mixture evenly. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
- Let cool, then melt remaining chips and drizzle over bars.
TIP: If melted white chocolate chips are too thick, add a little oil before drizzling.
