Immune-Boosting Green Grape Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup chilled green grapes
2½ ounces baby spinach
⅓ cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 ½-inch cube peeled fresh ginger or 2 teaspoons prepared minced ginger
1 tablespoon walnut pieces
Instructions
- In a blender blend grapes, spinach, yogurt, orange juice, ginger, and walnuts until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
