The Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines returned to Ankeny this summer for their biggest annual event. Kimberley Estates was the site of HomeShowExpo 2023 and showcased nine luxury homes built by seven of the area’s finest builders. Participants included: Brenner Built, Epcon Communities/Clarity Construction, Genesis Homes of Iowa, Kimberley Development, Kyanite Design & Build, Sage Homes, and Unique Homes.
Those attending the show were able to view the latest in trends, products, technology, and what is on the horizon for new homes, landscaping, and decorating. The homes topped the million-dollar price point and, as always, the builders pulled out all the stops.
Hopefully, you were able to make it out to the event so you could take in first-hand all the innovative features and unique aspects, and maybe even talk to the builders directly about building a new home for yourself. But if you didn’t make it out, we thought it would be fun to give you a glimpse of the beautiful ideas that were on display. •
